RULE 1: There is to be no interaction with players of any kind
I.E No transfers of Money, Gold or Bullets ETC

RULE 2: Mods are not allowed to do operations with any soldiers (Please do not bother asking)

RULE 3: NO Abuse of moderators will be accepted although constructive criticism is always welcome, Abuse will result in a ban

RULE 4: Asking moderators for information of any kind except game rules etc will result in a ban, This includes MSN chat

RULE 5: Mods in return are not allowed to abuse players in any shape or form, This could result in them being relieved of their mod powers

RULE 6: All Moderators must comply with the TOS (Terms Of Service)

RULE 7: Admins have the right to terminate a Moderator at any time no questions or reasons needed

RULE 8: Moderators are not allowed to give any player any sort of advantage

RULE 9: Moderators must supply a valid reason when banning a player

Moderators are bound by these Terms Of Service as soon as they have accepted the invite to The Empire

Anytime after this if the Terms Of Service/Moderators Terms Of Service are broken admins can take the appropriate action against them
