Rules One account per person. This also means you may not login to, or play, any account other than your own. Accounts are not to be sold or given away under any circumstances. E-mail address provided on registration must be valid and must belong to you. Scripts, macros, auto clickers or anything that can automate game functions at any degree are NOT allowed. Activity between accounts who are sharing or have shared the same IP address in the past two weeks is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: money transfers, gold transfers, Operations or any other activity that benefits any of those accounts. Interaction between 2 players on the same IP addresses through a third person on a different IP address is also forbidden, this may result in a ban of all accounts who held the goods (depending on how serious the infringement is). Giving your password to anyone or asking for another players password for any reason is forbidden. Advertising anything non Code of Conflict related anywhere is not allowed. Scamming or attempting to scam anyone using gold or properties, including squads, is not allowed. Everything on an account belongs to that account only, it does not matter if they are holding it for someone else or not. Properties belong solely to the player who is in the owner or leader position, it does not matter if that player is only holding it temporarily. Trading or attempting to trade COC Dollars,Gold,Bullets,Accounts or anything to do with COC for any other games money or real money or anything else is not allowed. Lying about any information to a COC Staff member will result in a ban. Failure to report cheaters will not be tolerated. Abuse of Moderators or Administrators and excessive abuse of general account holders will not be tolerated. The Shooting of Moderators or Help Desk Operators is forbidden Pornography, discrimination and racism are strictly not allowed anywhere in the game. Sexual harassment is not tolerated. Any attempts to modify the game in any way or compromise security could result in prosecution. Any exploits found must be reported instantly on discovery. The use of exploits to gain advantage in the game is not allowed. Using a proxy or any other mechanism that hides your true ip address is not allowed. Breach of any rules stated above will result in a ban of all accounts involved. All items gained on those accounts will be lost, including but not limited to money, gold, weapons, vehicles and rank. Disclaimer Code of Conflict, Code of Conflict's creators (Woodstock and GOV), all full moderators, Paypal, or any person or company associated with Code of Conflict, not including account holders without administrator status, cannot be held liable for any damages or losses if incurred or the actions of any persons involved in the game, including but not limited to, links posted, pictures posted and message and forum post content. Accounts Administrators and Moderators have the right to ban, modify or delete any account as they see fit, no discussion will be entered into and all decisions are final. You are responsible for all actions on your account. Gold Money donated to Code of Conflict is gifted to be used as the owner (GOV) of Code of Conflict sees fit. No refunds will be given. If you donate we will return the favour by crediting your account some gold (How much gold to be credited to an account is determined by the gold pricing table on the gold page on the left menu). If your account is killed Gold can be transferred to your new account but Code Of Conflict Staff need to be contacted via the helpdesk within 2 months. If your account is banned for any reason the gold will be invalid and cannot be moved to any other account You must have permission from whoever pays the bills BEFORE you make a donation.
