FAQs

This is where you are currently. If you are new to the game or have a question, this is the right place to be. If your question is not answered here, please submit your question to the help desk.

Help Desk

This is where you can submit questions for answers when needed. Please only open one ticket per problem and provide as many details as possible. It may be surprising but we are not mind readers!

Terms Of Service (TOS)

You must thoroughly read and understand this. If you don’t understand it then you contact a member of the CODE OF CONFLICT staff immediately. By playing Code of Conflict you agree to the Terms of Service.

Credits

This is where the creators of Code Of Conflict give credit or thanks to those who have helped in the game.

Logout

It is a good idea to logout when you have finished playing, this can help stop other people who use your computer getting access to your account.

IRC/Teamspeak

IRC and Teamspeak are two ways of communicating with your fellow soldiers aside from in the game.
IRC is a Java applet that you can download to enter the COC chat room.
Teamspeak is a program that you can get to talk with your fellow soldiers if you have a microphone installed.

Gold

Gold is a rare form of money. You can get Gold by using US dollars through Paypal to donate or if you live in New Zealand message an admin about how you can donate. Donations of different amounts qualify you for differing amounts of gold. Be sure to include your username in this transaction otherwise we cannot tell who or where the money came from. Please see the gold page for more information.

Points

The points system is to show honor to those soldiers helping to increase game player numbers, The only way to get referral points now is to get a new user to put your username in the referral box on the signup page. You will receive a small amount of points when they signup and a larger amount when the new player reaches the rank of Bandit.

Profile

You are able to design your own profile for people to view when they click on your name. In order to design your profile, you must use the BB Codes. If you are unfamiliar with them, they are listed in your profile and also further down in this FAQ.
Within the profile link, you also have access to a notepad where you can store information to yourself whether it be your promotions, casino wins, or just about whatever you feel like filling it with.

Messages

Pretty self explainatory, you are able to send messages to other soldiers here.

Main Forums

The communication central of COC. Here is where you will keep in touch with updates, properties for sale, gold sales, and post your ideas, etc... Please read the forum rules topic before posting.

Squad Forums

Communication within your squad is a key part of staying organized. This is where squad leaders and squad members can communicate publically with eachother without others outside the squad seeing your plans.

Operation Requests

This forum is solely dedicated to operations. If you are looking or leading an operation, this is where you need to go to find the rest of your team members.

Online Soldiers

You have the ability to view the online soldiers and see their profiles aside from doing a search on a soldier. You are also able to see which administrators, help desk operators, and forum moderators are online.

Find Soldiers

Search for a soldier within the game. You must enter more than two characters to bring up some results for your search.

Your Stats

Here you can view your personal stats such as your time left to do vendettas, steal a vehicle, hijack and airplane, travel, perform an operation, or how much longer you are MIA.

Game Stats

The game stats displays several options for viewing.

Game Stats - Displays the general game stats and also shows who the top 10 players alive and the best soldier of all time.

Squad Stats - You are able to view each individual squads stats, including their squad structure and profiles. This also shows you which squads have declared war on eachother.

Location Stats - Displays a table of the casinos and bullet factories in the game, their owners, and the max bets of each.

Last 10 Kills - Simply put. Last 10 soldiers that have died in the game, their rank, and time of death.

Last 10 Signups - New signup names and times are displayed here.

Vendettas

This is your bread and butter of game play, you can get money and weapons from doing vendettas. Your odds will increase the more times you perform a vendetta. Hint: Be careful to watch which places give the better weapons or most cash.

Steal A Vehicle

Just like the vendettas, except you steal different vehicles. Once again look to where you get the better vehicles and don't forget your chances increase the more you practice.

Hijack An Aircraft

Identical to the vendettas and vehicle thefts, rather this time you just steal planes. Different places give different plane projections. Your hijacking skill increases the more often you perform a theft.

Garage/Hanger

Here you are able to view all of your current vehicle and airplanes, their conditions, and how much each is worth. This is also where you have the option to repair certain vehicles/planes or sell them for the amount they are worth. You can also send vehicles to another soldier if desired.

Inventory

Your inventory displays all of the items that you have either stolen from vendettas or have purchased from the underground market. You may sell your items here.

Operations

You and three other soldiers can get together to complete an Operation. You will need a Commander, Gunner, Artilleryman and Driver.

The Commander has to start the Operation which will cost the Commander $250,000. He then needs to find a soldier for each position and send them an invite.

Invites can be accepted or declined from the Operations page. You cannot receive a invite if you are already in an Operation or have done an operation within the last 8 hours.

The Gunner needs to buy four weapons or use four of their current weapons. He then needs to select each soldier in the Operation a give him a weapon.

The Artilleryman needs to purchase some artillery. The artillery shop becomes available when you have accepted the operation request.
Artillery prices are as follows: M3A1 Anti Tank Gun $75,000, Mortar $150,000, Howitzer $200,000, Caesar: Self Propelled $300,000

Driver needs to supply a vehicle. Whatever vehicle you choose to use must be at 100%, so if your vehicles are damaged, make sure to go to your garage and repair them. You can steal a tank or purchase one from the gold page.

Once all the Soldiers are in and ready the Commander will execute the Operation. All members will be notified of the outcome, including damage and spoils. It is up to the Commander to pay the soldiers their part of the spoils, if they haven't chosen to have this done automatically.

Airport

You are capable of flying to another country through the use of the airport. Your plane must be undamaged to use. You will pay a small airport and fuel fee to get to where you want to go. Your plane does risk getting damaged in flight, so make sure you keep it repaired before you go using it again. The better plane you use, the quicker your time to use the airport again is.

Rankbar

This link displays how far you are through your current rank. If you do not have a rank bar, you may purchase one through the gold page.

Kills

If somewhere along the line you have made an enemy, this is where you need to go to take them out. You first need to search for your enemy, through the use of hunters. The more hunters you use, the more likely you are to find them. How long it takes to search depends on each of your ranks. The lower you are, the longer it will take to find your opponent.

On the kills page, there is also a link to "target practice." This is where 30 of the games soldiers that have been banned for cheating are listed, happy hunting.

HINT: You gain a minimal amount of rank for each kill you perform so don't waste your bullets for rank.

Mission Headquarters

You have been called upon by your leading officer to perform some missions. This is your headquarters where you will report to accept your missions. You will receive different spoils for the different missions.

Hitlist

This is where you can add someone to the hitlist or see who you can kill for their reward. In order to add a person it will cost an initial fee of $10,000 plus whatever you would like the bounty to be. To remain anonymous, it will cost an extra $200,000. You may also buy someone off the hitlist for their bounty price.

M.I.A.

M.I.A. stands for Missing in Action. You have been captured by the enemy soliders for some reason or another and are being detained. You can be rescued from here or you will be released after a certain amount of time. If you are not MIA you can rescue people that are, for each sucessful rescue you gain M.I.A. experience.

M.A.S.H.

M.A.S.H. stands for Mobile Army Surgical Hospital. If by chance you lose any health due to being shot or getting injured during an op, this is where you need to come to heal.

Squads

A squad is a group of soldiers that for a community. They work together to succeed and rank through the game. If you are squadless, this link will take you to a page where you can view the different ones and see which are recruiting. This is also where you can put in your application to be accepted into one of the squads.
Once in a squad you can click this link to view your members, you crew profile, and other squad options.

Underground Market

The underground market offers many different options for you as a soldier.

The Bullet Factory is where you can purchase bullets. You buy them by the box. There are 25 bullets per box. The bullet factories spawn 4000 bullets ever 4-5 hours so keep an eye out for which factories have bullets.

The Gunshop is where you can buy selected weapons to use in an operation, use in a mission, or kill another soldier.

The Escrow System is a new feature added to Code Of Conflict, Here you can transfer items to other players. Currently you can trade gold for money/bullets and bullets for money. This is the totally safe way to trade items as there is no "Scamming", to trade an item one soldier starts the transaction and the other soldier can either accept of decline the offer. If someone sends you an offer you will be notified by the message system.

The Protection Shop is a place where you can pick up various types of protection. You may have up to one of each kind.

The Spy Agency is where you can hire a spy to infiltrate a squad and take it over for you. The top four soldiers on the squads structure must be dead and you cannot be in the structure of your current squad. The agency charges $8,000,000 for a spy to infiltrate a squad and take it over.

Overseas Banking

This is where you need to go to do bank transfers or deposit money into your account to earn interest. The bank charges a 6% fee on all transactions.

Blackjack

The goal of Blackjack is to get the closest to 21 without going over. If you hit, you get another card, if you stand, you stay with the current cards you have. It's one on one with the dealer.

Racetrack

Place your bet on which horse you think will win. Your payout if you select the correct horse is dependent on its odds.

War

The simplest game ever created. You place your bet, if your card is higher than the dealers, you get the pot.

Lottery

The lottery is drawn when there are 200 tickets sold. The tickets are $50,000 each. The winner receives 80% of the pot.

Bar Brawling

You are able to set up challenges against the other soldiers if you think you have enough skill to take them down. You are able to train by using the certain time durations. For every 100 points, you go up one level. You may only brawl people within ten levels of you.
